1. Who this policy covers

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you visit www.starknetcat.com (the "Site"), a community website for the Starknet Cat ($SCAT) meme token maintained by members of its community ("we", "us", "our"). It does not cover third-party websites or services we link to.

2. Information we do not collect

The Site is a simple static website. We do not:

• offer accounts, logins, contact forms, newsletters or comment sections;
• use analytics, advertising or tracking tools;
• connect to your crypto wallet, or request your wallet address, seed phrase or private keys;
• sell, rent or trade personal information.

3. Information processed automatically

Like any website, technical information is exchanged when your browser loads the Site:

• Hosting logs. The company that hosts the Site may automatically log your IP address, browser type, device information, pages requested and the time of each request. These logs are used for security, preventing abuse and keeping the Site running, and are kept according to the host's own retention policy.
• Live token data. To show live price and market statistics, your browser requests data directly from DexScreener's public API. DexScreener receives your IP address and browser information as part of that request.
• Chart (optional). The price chart is provided by DexScreener and loads only if you click "Load live chart". When it loads, DexScreener may collect information and set cookies as described in our Cookie Policy.
• X feed (optional). The feed of posts from @StarknetCatSol is provided by X and loads only if you click "Load X feed". When it loads, X may collect information about your visit and set cookies under its own privacy policy. We request X's "do not track" mode for this feed.

The Site's fonts, images and animation scripts are served from our own host, so loading them does not send your information to font, image or script providers.

4. Information you choose to share elsewhere

If you follow or join our community on X, or message community members there, the information you share is handled by those platforms under their own privacy policies. Anything you post in public channels can be seen by others. Blockchain transactions, including any purchase of $SCAT, are public and permanent by design. They are recorded on the Solana blockchain, not by us.

5. Third parties

The Site relies on or links to the following third parties. Each processes information under its own privacy policy:

• Our hosting provider, which serves the Site.
• DexScreener, which provides the live data and the optional chart.
• Jupiter, Raydium, Phantom and Solflare, which you may visit through our links.
• X, where our community is, and which provides the optional feed.

We are not responsible for how these third parties handle your information. Please review their policies before using them.

6. Legal bases (EEA and UK visitors)

Where data protection laws such as the GDPR or UK GDPR apply, technical data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests in operating, securing and displaying the Site. Optional third-party content such as the chart and the X feed is loaded only with your consent, which you give by clicking to load it.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to processing, or to complain to a data protection authority. Because we do not keep personal information ourselves, most requests are best directed to the relevant third party, such as our host or DexScreener. You can also reach the community using the contacts below.

California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA.

8. Children

The Site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Security

The Site is served over HTTPS. No website or internet transmission is completely secure, however. Protect your own wallet and devices, and always check that you are on the genuine www.starknetcat.com before following any link.

10. International visitors

Our hosting provider and the third parties listed above may process information in countries other than your own, including the United States, where data protection laws may differ.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and the effective date above will change.
